These are the policies for enrolling at Greater Austin Dance Academy. Please review them before you register. If you have any questions, contact the front desk and we will be glad to help.

School-year tuition is billed monthly by automatic payment on the 2nd of each month. A registration fee is paid once per season as is collected when you register. Monthly payments continue for the length of the season. You can update your payment method in your Parent Portal.

A registration fee is due once per season, per dancer, at the time you register. The exact amount is shown on the registration screen before you pay.

To withdraw a dancer from a class, let the front desk know in writing by the first day of the month you want to stop. That month's tuition is not drafted. Payments already made are not prorated for a partial month.

For students brand-new to GADA: if you find after your first month that it's not the right fit, we'll refund everything you've paid for this enrollment up to that point.

This guarantee does not apply to current or returning GADA students, including enrollment for a new season.

Outside this guarantee, the registration fee and tuition already paid are non-refundable.

Regular attendance helps every dancer progress and keeps the class on track for performances. If your dancer will miss a class, please let us know. Makeup options, when available, are arranged through the front desk.

I acknowledge and consent to allow Greater Austin Dance Academy to use: photos and/or videos of my child/myself in publications (such as flyers/brochures), advertisements (such as newspapers or online ads), our studio’s website, or on social media sites (such as the studio’s facebook or instagram account). I further understand no financial compensation will be provided for use of these photos/videos.

Dance involves physical activity and carries an inherent risk of injury. By enrolling, the parent or guardian accepts responsibility for the dancer's participation and agrees that Greater Austin Dance Academy, its staff, and its contractors are not liable for injuries sustained during classes, rehearsals, or events, except where caused by gross negligence. Please make sure your dancer is healthy enough to participate and inform us of any medical conditions.
